We train coaches through our platform to allow them to coach our small business cohorts. When you join the first thing you will have to do is fill out your assessment. This will help us to determine your coaching style and capacity. You as the coach will have the responsibility to go through the Be A Beacon Coaching Academy at your pace. For most coaches it takes about 30 days to complete. You are teamed up with a mentor coach that you get 5 calls with during the time of your training. These calls are designed to give you a great experience as you go through the coaching academy. There are 40 video lessons that walk you through the full 16 lessons that the cohort members receive. We suggest that you utilize these lessons and put them into action for your own business. This will help you truly understand the experience for the cohort members making it much easier for you to discuss with potential cohort members as well as help you go over areas in your own coaching business that you may need to firm up or address. After that you will be receiving lessons on the welcome call and the 8 group coaching sessions. These video lessons will go over the main topics and how to start and end the calls. Each call has a resource sheet for you to work off of with the topics and talking points. After the calls you will be going into the mindset training module. This area is very important because what we coach the cohort members on can be a bit stressful or anxiety inducing for some. So we really want to make sure that they are in a good place of comfort to be able to stay on track and feel empowered and not overwhelmed. Next you will be going into the structure module. Being that you are an existing coach this area isn’t as big as it will eventually be. It basically goes over the main topics that we cover in our lessons and over and above slightly so that you can coach them on the lessons a bit more in depth when needed. From there you will go into the sales module. We both know you can’t teach sales as a whole. What we do cover is the main 2 sales techniques that we use with our cohort members in the lessons. However we embed them into the lessons throughout, so it’s a bit more behind the scenes. The last module we go over is marketing. This will be a more in depth guide to the social media platforms that we coach the cohorts on allowing you as a coach to have all the answers to the FAQ in these areas. Upon completion of the Be A Beacon Coaching Academy you will become a Certified Be A Beacon Coach. From there you will have your first cohort within 3 weeks of graduation which we will help you setup and establish. First we help you book the date and set the cohort group coaching calls days and times. If you choose to have your cohorts on Wednesdays from 3-5 then for that cohort that’s what it will be. Then we help you market to the small business owners. We set you up with all of the ads, videos and resources you would need to sell on your own or send the potential cohort members to a done for you webinar that will allow for them to learn how to uncover the issues in their business so they realize what they need to address and learn more about the cohorts and have them join. We also advertise the cohorts on our end as well. These potential cohort members are added into the pool and we have them fill out an assessment. This helps us to determine which coach they will be a good fit for and set them up into a cohort group where they will not have competition.
